True Baking Lab provides artisan baking services including custom cakes, pastries, breads, and catering services. All products are made to order and require advance notice.

Orders and Payment

Orders must be placed in advance. Custom orders require a deposit. Full payment is due upon pickup or delivery. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time. Custom cake orders require 72-hour notice for cancellation. Deposits may be non-refundable for custom orders.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take precautions, our kitchen processes various allergens and we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

Limitation of Liability
